Refund policy

If you receive the incorrect item or faulty item please send an email along with a photo of the item/s you wish to return through to contact@eightwelve.com within 7 days of delivery date. 

Items can be returned if they are un worn, in the same condition it was received, Tags attached & no marks/makeup on them. No exceptions.

Items can NOT be returned for change of mind or different size.  so please make sure everything is correct before checking out.

The customer will need to return the item/s within 14 days of contact with us at your own expense of shipping costs. 

Proof of purchase will also need to be attached in your email.

 After receiving the item/s and everything has been checked, your refund will be transferred back into your account within 24hours. If you haven't received your refund within 48 hours( may take longer over weekends/ public holidays ) please ring your bank.
